Customers must report damaged or faulty items within 30 days of receipt. We take quality seriously and will work with you to resolve any issues promptly.

Unwanted returns are accepted within 14 days if items are "as new" - meaning unopened and in original packaging. All returns must be completed within 28 calendar days.

Items not meeting these standards may be subject to a 25% restocking fee or rejection. Please ensure items are properly packaged for return shipping.

The company accepts no liability for installation errors or damage to other components. We strongly recommend having all products fitted by a qualified professional with experience in motorsport safety equipment.

Users warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate and current. It is your responsibility to keep your account details up to date.

We will never sell any of your data or pass your details to any third parties other than those required to process your order (such as payment processors and delivery services).

Our newsletter communications include shop updates, team news, and technical guides relevant to our products and the motorsport community.

Subscribers can unsubscribe at any time through their account settings or by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.

All orders are subject to stock availability. Prices are confirmed only after payment authorisation has been received.

The company reserves the right to cancel orders where products have been incorrectly priced due to technical error. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Orders can be cancelled up to the dispatch date for items held in stock, or until suppliers are contacted for special orders.

Once an item has been dispatched or a special order placed with our suppliers, cancellation may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

The company provides services "as is" without warranties regarding accuracy, functionality, or interruption.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights under UK law.

These terms are governed by English law with exclusive jurisdiction in the English courts.
